سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع:

• فترة الاستبدال والاسترجاع: يمكن طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 2 أيام من تاريخ استلام الأوردر، بشرط أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية، غير مستخدم، وفي غلافه الأصلي.

• مصاريف الشحن: يتحمل العميل مصاريف الشحن بالكامل في حالتي الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع (مصاريف شحن الأوردر الأصلي + مصاريف شحن المرتجع).

• عيوب الصناعة (استثناء): في حالة وجود عيب صناعة أو استلام منتج خاطئ، يتم استبدال المنتج أو استرجاعه مجاناً بالكامل دون تحمل العميل أي مصاريف شحن، بشرط الإبلاغ عن العيب خلال 24 ساعة من الاستلام وصورة توضح المشكلة.

Exchange & Refund Policy:

• Duration: Exchanges and refunds are accepted within 2 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

• Delivery Fees: Delivery fees are non-refundable. In cases of exchange or refund, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (original delivery fee + return shipping fee).

• Manufacturing Defects (Exception): If the product has a manufacturing defect or the wrong item was received, we will handle the exchange or refund completely free of charge. Defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof.
